License Agreement

Version 2.0 — effective 4 September 2026

This Agreement is between Gabor Pais EU (Einzelunternehmer), Döblinger Hauptstraße 18/1/9, 1190 Vienna, Austria, VAT ID ATU83407136 (“Provider”), and the registered user or represented organisation (“User”). It supplements the Terms of Use.

1. License grant

Subject to an active account, receipt of the agreed bank-transfer payment and contract compliance, the Provider grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to access and use the hosted CCC Service for the fixed access period confirmed by email. The license covers one named user unless the individual agreement expressly includes multiple seats.

2. Permitted professional use

You may use CCC commercially for BIM, architecture, engineering, coordination and information-management projects. Subject to rights in the source material, you may use, modify, reproduce and deliver generated output as part of your own projects and client deliverables.

You may not resell CCC access, operate CCC as a service bureau for unrelated users, or distribute the Provider's software, source code, interface or documentation as a competing product.

3. Input and output

You retain all rights you hold in uploaded or entered data. As between the parties, you may use generated configuration files without additional royalties. The Provider does not acquire ownership of project data or deliverables merely by processing them.

You remain responsible for third-party content, including classifications, standards content, product data, project information and trademarks. No third-party rights are transferred.

4. Provider intellectual property

CCC software, algorithms, interface, databases, original templates, branding and documentation remain the Provider's or licensors' property. No right transfers except the express license above.

5. Restrictions

• No credential sharing beyond purchased seats.
• No copying, sale, sublicensing, leasing or commercial hosting of CCC itself.
• No circumvention of subscription, security or technical controls.
• No reverse engineering or source extraction except where mandatory law permits it.
• No unauthorised automated access, scraping or excessive requests.
• No removal of proprietary notices or unlawful/infringing use.

6. BIM and interoperability limitations

Output depends on input quality and third-party formats and versions. You must validate generated IDS, Excel, TXT and XML files before use. The Provider does not warrant acceptance by a client, authority, certification body or third-party software vendor.

7. Feedback

We may use voluntary, non-confidential feedback to improve CCC without payment. This does not permit disclosure of confidential project data.

8. Duration and termination

The license starts on the activation date and ends automatically on the expiry date communicated by the Provider. It does not renew automatically. A new access period requires a new email request, agreement and payment. When the license ends, CCC access ends. Files lawfully generated and downloaded beforehand may continue to be used in your projects unless created through fraud, infringement or unlawful use.

9. Contract hierarchy

The Terms of Use govern price, cancellation, availability, warranty, liability, law and disputes. The more specific provision governs a license question. Mandatory statutory and consumer rights remain unaffected.
